New to the clinic? Welcome!

Do you have a particular therapist in mind? Fantastic! Click their photo and get yourself booked in! If they’re a little busy, you can get on their WAIT LIST here.

Our 48hr Cancellation & No Show Policy

Late cancellations will be billed 50% of the cost of treatment, unless we can fill the space!

No shows will be billed 100% of the cost of treatment, since your therapist will have no opportunity to fill the gap in their day.

But what if you’re sick?!

Please call your therapist to reschedule if you are sick - even if it’s just a cold. They will waive the late cancellation fee if you give them this chance to try filling the spot.

We cannot provide treatment to someone who shows up sick. Since this scenario would leave us no time to fill the space, the appointment would be billed as a ‘No Show’.

Want to improve your golf swing? Walk further or faster, more comfortably? Prevent or recover from an injury? Sleep better and wake up less stiff and sore? Improve your balance and avoid falls? Have an easier time getting up off the floor, or down to the floor to play with your grandkids?

The principles of Yoga therapy can be applied to any activity you enjoy - it's not Yoga poses like you see it on the covers of magazines or group classes in your community.

In these sessions, you will explore where you are moving well and where you are not. You will improve your coordination and mobility by refining how your brain talks to and commands the different areas of your body. You will have more variety of movement available to you which will keep your body more adaptable to the unexpected demands life throws as us every day.

And of course... If there is a particular yoga posture or two that you're wanting to feel more comfortable in or simply be able to do at all, we can definitely work on that!

These sessions are not billable to insurance as they are not massage therapy.

In these appointments, we will compliment the hands-on treatment with the exploration of movement, rest and breath work. The gentle, yoga-influenced movement provides valuable information about muscle tension, compensation patterns and gripping occurring in your body, how well your joints are moving through their ranges, and what kinds of positions and actions trigger your symptoms. This informs your treatment plan.

Through massage therapy technique - and movement as well - you will have relief from your symptoms and better ease of movement.

The beautiful byproduct of this approach is you will leave having experienced and integrated exactly what you can do at home to further your treatment plan along, provide yourself with relief as needed, and become less dependant on therapies provided by professionals.

This collaborative approach to your care is both empowering and transformative, helping you regain control over your quality of life.

A massage therapist’s scope of practice includes assessment, treatment and homecare - these appointments simply put a larger than normal emphasis on patient education and self management strategies and are intended for individuals who really want to get to the bottom of their symptoms as much as possible.

Since graduating from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2006, Lorraine has been practicing with the highest standard of massage therapy, remedial exercise and hydrotherapy. Best known for her deep tissue therapy, Lorraine likes to assess and treat the body as a whole, as her philosophy is that the majority of pain can be traced back to postural faults. She is interested in osteopathy and fascial work, and takes courses in them to further her education. Recently transplanted from Vancouver, Lorraine enjoys hiking with her dog, reading the classics and learning to play the piano, ukulele and mandolin.

Heather is a light hearted individual who loves to laugh and help people rediscover their power.

She helps her clientele gain symptom relief and deeper self-knowing by blending massage therapy and mindful mobility practices that she studies and uses herself.

Heather finds that helping people explore safe movement, breath and constructive rest allows them to create safety within themselves and no longer fear movement or see themselves as ‘broken’.

Pain and discomforts are normal, personal and always real. It’s how our bodies tell us something is up.

Heather can help you dial in and understand your body’s voice and message with more clarity. You can develop the confidence to help yourself alongside the support and collaboration of professionals you choose to include on your wellness team.

Heather is constantly challenging herself, whether it’s learning (very slowly) to roller skate, teaching herself how to knit or crochet, or studying American Sign Language.

Alison might seem like a free spirit but when it comes to massage therapy she is all business. It’s not uncommon to find Alison on the floor demonstrating a particular stretch or exercise. She strongly believes in preventative therapy and encourages an active lifestyle. Alison leads by example; you’ll often find her on the mountain, in a yoga class, or stretching in a doorframe.
