Since graduating from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2006, Lorraine has been practicing with the highest standard of massage therapy, remedial exercise and hydrotherapy. Best known for her deep tissue therapy, Lorraine likes to assess and treat the body as a whole, as her philosophy is that the majority of pain can be traced back to postural faults. She is interested in osteopathy and fascial work, and takes courses in them to further her education. Recently transplanted from Vancouver, Lorraine enjoys hiking with her dog, reading the classics and learning to play the piano, ukulele and mandolin.

Alison might seem like a free spirit but when it comes to massage therapy she is all business. It’s not uncommon to find Alison on the floor demonstrating a particular stretch or exercise. She strongly believes in preventative therapy and encourages an active lifestyle. Alison leads by example; you’ll often find her on the mountain, in a yoga class, or stretching in a doorframe.

Heather is a light hearted individual who loves to laugh and help people rediscover their power.

She helps her clientele gain symptom relief and deeper self-knowing by blending massage therapy and mindful mobility practices that she studies and uses herself.

Heather finds that helping people explore safe movement, breath and constructive rest allows them to create safety within themselves and no longer fear movement or see themselves as ‘broken’.

Pain and discomforts are normal, personal and always real. It’s how our bodies tell us something is up.

Heather can help you dial in and understand your body’s voice and message with more clarity. You can develop the confidence to help yourself alongside the support and collaboration of professionals you choose to include on your wellness team.

Heather is constantly challenging herself, whether it’s learning (very slowly) to roller skate, teaching herself how to knit or crochet, or studying American Sign Language.
